We recommend that you view this website using Internet Explorer version 4.0 or later or Mozilla Firefox version 1.0 or later, for maximum compatibility and accessibility. If you experience problems viewing this website please ensure you have the latest versions of either of these web browsers.

Screen Settings

This site has been designed for a minimum screen resolution of 800 x 600 and highest color quality (24bit or higher). To change your screen settings, go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Display -> Settings. Adjust your screen resolution and color quality and click apply.

Navigating this Website

A navigation system in the borders around each page allow you to easily move around the site. Navigation links contained within the top and right hand green border are white and are not underlined. The top navigation bar allows you to reach the four main business lines, while the left hand bar allows you to navigate within the current topic area. The complete browsing path ending with your current location are displayed in the top left hand corner of the blue text area. Clicking on any of these words will bring you back to that section. At the bottom of the text area of each page, a gray colored list of underlined links take you to the major sections of this site and to the search page and site map page. Links that appear in the text will be green and/or underlined. Links to external sites will always load in a new browser window.

Viewing documents on this Website

Documents on this site are either in Adobe PDF or Microsoft Office format. To view PDF documents, you must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. If you do not have a copy of Acrobat, you can download Acrobat Reader for free from the Adobe website. To view DOC, XLS, or PPT files, you must have a copy of Microsoft Office installed on your computer. If you do not have Microsoft Office installed on your computer, you can download a free Word viewer, PowerPoint viewer or Excel viewer from the Microsoft website.

Printing pages from this Website

Before printing, select print preview from the file menu or try printing a single test page. If the backgrounds or images do not appear the same as on screen and/or the right margin of text is cut off, adjust your browser settings as follows:

1. Go to "Tools"
2. Choose "Internet Options"
3. Choose "Advanced"
4. Scroll down and make sure that the box for "Print Backgrounds and Colors" is checked.

1. Go to "File"
2. Choose "Page Setup"
3. Change the left and right margins to "0" (this will automatically set your margins to the minimum that your printer is capable of printing, thus maximizing the printable space on the page).

for Firefox

1. Go to "File"
2. Choose "Page Setup"
3. Check the box for "Shrink to Fit Page Width"
4. Uncheck the box for print background (unless you want to print out the colored backgrounds and images).
