The Certification & Analysis team assists federal and state agencies, non-profit organizations and other interested parties by providing expertise on the size, nature and expansion of the renewable energy market. CRS also makes projections for the size of the voluntary renewable energy market for states involved in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI).
