SAN FRANCISCO, CA (May 19, 2010)—Center for Resource Solutions announced today that Viridian Energy's Pure Green renewable energy product has successfully met Green-e® Energy standards and the company can now offer this certified product to its electricity customers. Pure Green is a certified locally sourced 100% renewable electricity option available to all residential and small commercial electricity consumers in Viridian's service territory, including Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Jersey and Maryland. It is designed for the environmentally conscious customer interested in promoting sustainable energy solutions through the internationally recognized Green-e Energy program. Viridian Energy joins the growing network of renewable energy providers that offer products certified by Green-e Energy, the nation's leading certification program for renewable energy.
